I used to believe in Christ when it was convenient for me to believe. I really lived a dark life–it was all about me. I was a very selfish person for many years. My out of control drinking led me to Adult & Teen Challenge. I heard about it through my friends Ryan and Trish. They are the sister and brother-in-law of a former ATC employee.

I came to know Jesus by reading and studying my Bible. It’s all His will now, not mine. I am starting to have a much better outlook on life now, and I just know he loves me no matter what.

My favorite scripture is 2 Thessalonians 3:5.
