Primary Responsibilities
Overall: responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing outreach initiatives, and planning and executing events to promote Life Challenge Ministries’ mission and goals.
Marketing/Outreach
- Website maintenance and administration
- Social media management
- Understand the process for video production for outreach/marketing
- PowerPoint production for outreach/marketing
- Understand the process for graphic design
- Grant writing, which includes managing church financial support engagement
Event Management
- Keep track of all event details
- Create events on the CRM. Keep track of guest list and respond to participant questions
- Post events to website and social media
- Create and send out promotional emails and physical mailings with registration information
- Order and sometimes design cards, signs, flags, etc. for the event
- Schedule and lead event planning team meetings
Special Training, Skills and Abilities
- Must demonstrate administrative and organizational skills
- Must possess effective communication skills
- Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must possess the ability to take initiative and follow up with tasks
- Must be proficient with MS Office—PowerPoint expertise is a requirement
Education and Work Experience
- Must possess at least a high school diploma
- Must possess 3-5 years related experience in event management, marketing, or similar administrative role.
