Primary Responsibilities 

Overall: responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing outreach initiatives, and planning and executing events to promote Life Challenge Ministries’ mission and goals. 

Marketing/Outreach 

  • Website maintenance and administration 
  • Social media management 
  • Understand the process for video production for outreach/marketing  
  • PowerPoint production for outreach/marketing  
  • Understand the process for graphic design  
  • Grant writing, which includes managing church financial support engagement 

Event Management 

  • Keep track of all event details 
  • Create events on the CRM. Keep track of guest list and respond to participant questions 
  • Post events to website and social media 
  • Create and send out promotional emails and physical mailings with registration information 
  • Order and sometimes design cards, signs, flags, etc. for the event 
  • Schedule and lead event planning team meetings 

Special Training, Skills and Abilities  

  • Must demonstrate administrative and organizational skills 
  • Must possess effective communication skills 
  • Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Must possess the ability to take initiative and follow up with tasks 
  • Must be proficient with MS Office—PowerPoint expertise is a requirement 

Education and Work Experience 

  • Must possess at least a high school diploma 
  • Must possess 3-5 years related experience in event management, marketing, or similar administrative role.
