John Richardson
Managing Director
John has served at Life Challenge since 2010. As a director, he manages the administration area of the ministry including HR, facilities, development, compliance and finance. John is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and did his post-graduate work in philosophy at the University of Toronto. He teaches bible classes and wisdom literature. John is married to Brenda and is the proud father of two boys, Ian and Colin, both of whom also work for the ministry.

Stefanie VanGorder
HR/Finance Manager
Stefanie started her service to LCM in an official capacity in 2025; Although, She and her family have served/volunteered alongside LCM for more than 10 years.
