I always felt a huge void in my life that I tried to fill with drugs. I thought I could control my use, but eventually I ended up homeless and addicted.
I had accepted Christ but was still struggling with drug use. It felt like everything was falling apart but things were actually falling together, because it was when I was in jail that I learned about Life Challenge. I spoke to a corrections officer and requested a Bible and asked to speak to the chaplain. I confided in him and he suggested I apply to come into the program. Since being here at Life Challenge I no longer feel the void in my life.
My favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11-14 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity.”
We ask for your prayers and for your support during these difficult times. Please consider
